Inspired by the warm and rich culture of Jamaica. Tobi’s Catering is a take on traditional Caribbean, African and Asian cooking balanced with relevant culinary twists. Co-founded as a passion project by Nikita Aitkins founder Joseph Imbert.
Joseph took on the responsibility of translating his vision into reality as Tobi’s Catering Lead. Thoughtfully curated with a tightly-knit team of creators and collaborators, he leaned on his Jamaican heritage and passion for its cuisine to ensure that every aspect of Tobi’s Catering Display, design and guest experience is made of memorable moments. Today Nikita Aitkins supports the business as Co-founder and Brand Director.
Leading the Tobi’s management team are Jamaican-born General Manager and Chef de Cuisine, Joseph Imbert formerly of Club Hotel Riu, Ocho Rios, and Mainland China, a proud native of St Ann, Jamaica.
